User Safety Guide
1. Always Use Official Links
Only register or download through the verified invite link:
Avoid random APK files from unknown websites, Telegram groups, or WhatsApp forwards.
2. Protect Your Account
- Enable one-device login if the app offers it.
- Never share your password, OTP, or verification codes with anyone – including people claiming to be “support”.
- Do not screenshot and send your full account details or QR codes to strangers.
- Log out from shared devices.
3. Deposit & Payment Safety
- Follow the exact payment instructions shown inside the app for each order (Freecharge, Mobikwik, Paytm, MoneyView, etc.).
- Double-check the UPI ID or wallet number before confirming payment.
- Keep payment screenshots for your own records.
- If an order fails or money is deducted incorrectly, contact official Customer Service inside the app immediately.
Warning: Never send money to personal accounts shared via chat outside the official app flow. Scammers often impersonate support agents.
4. Recognise Common Scams
- Fake “customer service” asking for remote access or OTP.
- Offers that guarantee unrealistic returns with no risk.
- Links that look similar to official domains but have extra characters or different TLDs.
- Requests to transfer funds to “unlock” withdrawals or higher VIP levels outside the app.
5. Support Channels
Use only the Service section inside the Etna Pay app for Customer Service, Telegram Channel and WhatsApp Channel. Prefer the official Telegram link above for community updates.
6. General Online Safety
- Keep your phone OS and apps updated.
- Use a strong, unique password for the Etna Pay account.
- Be cautious of public Wi-Fi when making financial transactions.
- Read the Disclaimer and understand that trading and reward schemes carry risk.
